Christmas

My children all came to Jenny and Danny's for Thanksgiving. This was the first time that I have had all of my children for Thanksgiving since my divorce. We had a wonderful time and we took me and all of my grand kids to Target to get a picture for Great Grandma Mike, so I got one too. We'll have to do it next year as Rebecca and Christine are expecting Vincent Gregory in May and I'll have eight grandchildren.

Then for Christmas I invited Ernie and his family to join us at our Christmas at Betty's beautiful Mountain home. This was very healing and we all had a wonderful time together. I wrote my book "Saturday's Child Said Goodbye on Monday" and I am giving a copy to each of my children. We even took a picture of all of us together!!! Michael had been here for a week earlier and was the only one not in the picture.

Travel Club Application

As a young mother, I wanted my children to travel the world. But as a middle class family with six children, there was no way for me to afford this opportunity for them. I became involved with different exchange student organizations as first a host and then a coordinator. Because of this my children and I have traveled the world. I believe that we did this the best way possible. Not by staying in some fancy hotel and touring a country with many other Americans. I got to stay in a tatami room in Japan, eat on the floor with their wonderful family. I also got to pick my food from the garden of a fabulous family in France, where neither one of us could speak each other's language, yet we had marvelous conversations. Because of this, I would like to offer you the same privilege of travel. You are welcome to forward this to your friends and family.

Prices

1 year membership (includes hosting privileges for up to 4 weeks per year, quarterly news letter offering travel tips, discounted travel tours, and meeting our hosts.)

Single = $100.00

Couple = $150.00

Family of four = $200.00 and $35 for each added family member

Small Group of ten or less $575.00

Rules

1. You may only stay with any family for a total of seven days.

2. Every week that you stay with a family, you must offer your home for one week.

3. You must provide a private room and a shared bath.

4. You may provide meals and transportation for a fee. (This will be paid through the travel club, you must not collect money from your guest.)

Do Tell Travel Club

You all know my love of travel. My travels have been limited the last couple of years as I have been committed to decrese my debt. I have continued our yearly beach camping. I am excited to start traveling again. I plan on doing this by starting my travel club, that I have talked about for a # of years. Looking forward to have you look at the application and give me some feed back.

Choice Center Personal Development and Leadership

I have been involved with Choice Center in their Personal Development and Leadership Training Seminar since the middle of August. I graduate on Sunday, November 22nd at about 7pm. from my 100 days of leadership. I am LV97 and we will pass the torch to LV98. I have never laughed, cried, sang and danced so much in my entire life!! It has been an ammazing journey as I first discovered how I had been living, then I broke through my limiting beliefs that held me in my box, then through the 100 days of rigours one on one coaching and team support I am living my life at a hightened level. Everyday I choose to live my life honoring my word and staying outward focused!!! I rode the roller coster on the Strataspher that hangs you over the top, I have helped to build two houses for Habitat in Las Vegas, and I have helped to raise over $66, 000. in a little over 10 days to donate to Habitat to bring two families home for the holidays.
